Any floor plan can have outdoor living added. Covered rear porches are an awesome option for 4 seasons entertainment, see our on-site agent for more details.

• Can be built with or without upgrade of outdoor fireplace in brick or stone (to match front elevation)
• Includes outdoor ceiling light that is also pre-wired and braced for a ceiling fan
(you can add the fan through the builder)
• Ceiling is painted to match the trim color
• Certain ranch plans also offer the option to add a private door from the Primary Suite to the Rear Porch
Optional Outdoor Living with Outdoor Fireplace
Outdoor fireplace is brick or stone that same as front elevation, comes with electrical and cable outlet above cedar natural mantle.

Optional Outdoor Living with no fireplace
The outdoor living covered porch option size varies per floor plan with the ranch plans typically approximately 16' x 8' and the 2 stories 10' x 12'. See agent for details.
This options comes with pre-wire and brace for an outdoor ceiling fans and you can add the fan by the builder too.
This options comes with an electrical and cable outlet about 6ft from the floor to add a TV.
Depending on how far along the home has been built, you can ask about enlarging this patio/deck to 12 x 16 covered.

The area below your rear deck at the basement level.
Most people like to add a concrete patio to this area instead of just landscaping. Since each buyer is different, we offer this as an option.
